The Strickland Family Story
From a Side-of-the-Road Dream to 400 Pounds a Week

It started with love for GiGi
In February 2024, Jennifer's mom GiGi was diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer. It came on fast. Jennifer quit her job to become her mama's full-time caregiver, driving her to MD Anderson downtown four days a week.
The bills mounted. We were dipping into the 401(k) and selling stocks just to keep gas in the tank. Watching our retirement fade away, we knew we had to do something.
Robby & Jennifer — together against the odds
Robby wanted a second job. Jennifer wouldn't have it. Then he remembered being a kid, inside his dad's shop, watching him boil peanuts to perfection. That memory became the plan.
For one solid week we drove around looking for a spot. We finally found one in Fleming Island, bought 25 pounds of jumbo raw peanuts, and boiled them just like Daddy taught.

February 8, 2025 — the first day
What started as an idea to make gas money for GiGi's treatments turned into something so much more. God blessed our little boiled peanut business way beyond what we ever imagined.
We started with 25 pounds a week. Today we boil 400 pounds every single week. GiGi has since passed on, but we know she's smiling down — proud as can be of Peanut Paradise & More.
This one's for you, Mama GiGi. 🤍
